Students in Rome

The U of A Rome Center

Our center offers a varied curriculum in U of A core classes, Italian culture, language, art, and history. Coursework at the Rome Center engages the city as a classroom with regular visits to local museums and landmarks.

  U of A Faculty-Led Programs

These are directed by U of A faculty who travel with students, fostering a strong working relationship and providing the chance to engage with local in-country experts. Most programs are between 2-5 weeks long during the summer.

Student in Australia

  U of A Exchange Programs

This semester or year long opportunity allows U of A students to change places with a student from one of our partner universities in Europe, Asia and Australia. Many programs offer coursework in English, students are charged U of A tuition and fees and transfer credit earned is confirmed beforehand.

  External Programs

These programs help fill in the gaps on the map where U of A programs don't yet exist. External programs are run by approved study abroad organizations, are offered during all terms and provide a wide variety of coursework and internships for credit.
