NOTE: College-level deadlines and review will be handled by each college. FEBRUARY 1: Bumpers College internal deadline. FEBRUARY 15: Fulbright College internal deadline. MARCH 15 DEADLINE: University-level IEAC deadline & review is reflected above. New 2025 programs must be reviewed at both the college & the University levels.

Program Description:

Any faculty member who will be listed as a CO-LEADER and an INSTRUCTOR OF RECORD for one or more class sections offered as part of a study abroad program will complete this proposal. Please click the “Apply Now” button at the top to begin.

College-level deadlines and review will be handled by each college.​
  • FEBRUARY 1: Bumpers College internal deadline.
  • FEBRUARY 15: Fulbright College internal deadline.
  • MARCH 15 DEADLINE: University-level IEAC deadline.
All proposals are sent to the International Education Advisory Council (IEAC) for review. While the proposal is “Under IEAC Review,” faculty have extended time to get their course proposals signed by their department/unit chair/head and dean, indicating the terms of their compensation depending on student enrollment and work on projected program costs.
