Travel to destinations or countries under a Level 3 Travel Advisory: "Reconsider Travel" will be considered only upon Petition by the student. The University of Arkansas does not allow travel, research or study in locations where the U.S. Department of State has issued a Level 4 Travel Advisory: "Do Not Travel". In addition, the University may not support travel to countries based on information provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) regarding outbreaks of infectious disease.
