University of Queensland

Program Overview

The oldest university in Queensland, UQ is situated along the Brisbane River among gorgeous green spaces, cafes and playing fields.

UQ offers a wide range of course options and leads the way in STEM fields such as mineral and mining engineering, biotechnology, marine science, biology, and mathematics and offers a wide range of courses related to Australia in English, history, political science, and sociology faculties. Additionally it has an AACSB-accredited business school. You'll find advanced research laboratories, inspiring academics, and a campus culture that is conducive to academic debate and discovery.

The university owns its own teaching facilities at North Stradbroke Island and Heron Island so that students have the opportunity to learn while immersing themselves in the Australian environment.
