There are currently no active application cycles for this program.
Program Description:

This proposal is completed by the PRIMARY PROGRAM LEADER by clicking the “Apply Now” button at the top.

We should only receive one of these proposals per program.

This proposal should also be used by faculty leading, but not teaching in a study abroad program (i.e., language programs, global community development, etc.).

College-level deadlines and review will be handled by each college.
  • FEBRUARY 1: Bumpers College internal deadline.
  • ​FEBRUARY 15: Fulbright College internal deadline.
  • MARCH 15 DEADLINE: University-level IEAC deadline.
All proposals are sent to the International Education Advisory Council (IEAC) for review. While the proposal is “Under IEAC Review,” faculty have extended time to get their course proposals signed by their department/unit chair/head and dean, indicating the terms of their compensation depending on student enrollment and work on projected program costs.
